Grizzly Bars
Our high-impact, abrasion-resistant grizzly bars come in round, flat, square and custom shapes that can be engineered to any length and weight for your specific application.
Manufactured with our proprietary QT-PLUS steel plate, these grizzly bars offer 10 times the wear resistance of bars made of conventional mild steel.
HardBar Wear Bars
JADCO HardBar wear bars extend equipment life in the harshest environments. The impact- and abrasion-resistant wear bars can be cut-formed and countersunk-drilled to customer specification.
We stock an extensive inventory of 400 bhn HardBar mill edge war bars, making them available for immediate shipment.

Wear Bars & Plates
Made with QT-PLUS premium steel, our wear bars and plates combine the ductility of 400 bhn with the abrasion resistance of 500 bhn. These products are available in custom thicknesses and width, and are easy to machine and fabricate, and offer up to 3 times the wear of conventional steel bars and plates.

Kits
JADCO has the capability to produce component parts to meet any customer requirements. These parts are designed to fit existing equipment and component parts supplied by other vendors. JADCO can also provide complete fabricated “kits” to customer specifications.
If parts are purchased from multiple vendors to produce a key component, we can fabricate these parts, and weld, paint and assemble them – you, the customer, determine the extent of our involvement in the production process.
Steel Cutting Edges
JADCO manufactures steel cutting edges for a variety of applications, including cutting edges to suit specific customer requirements. Plow bolt holes and counter sunk holes are a Jadco specialty.
By utilizing cutting edges made with QT-PLUS alloy steel, customers have increased their productivity and reduced down-time with the “switch of a blade.”
