Our fabrication services include hard facing, rolled & welded parts, burnouts, UHMW & Urethane and fabricated kits.

Hard Facing

JADCO specialized in hard surface coatings that apply overlays to existing parts for extending wear life against abrasion and corrosion.

Blue Piping

Rolled & Welded Parts

We supply a variety of rolled and welded parts, from thin gauges through 6-inch thick steel.

Burnouts

JADCO employs burning machines with water tables to produce prevision-made parts. Process includes plasma or oxy-acetylene.

UHMW & Urethane

We supply several grades of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene for applications requiring slideability, corrosion resistance and wearability.

Fabricated Kits & Steel Cutting Edges

JADCO can produce component parts to meet any customer requirements. These parts are designed to fit existing equipment and component parts supplied by other vendors. We an also provide complete fabricated kits to customer specification.

JADCO steel cutting edges, made with QT-PLUS alloy steel, are used in a wide range of applications. Plow bolt holes and countersunk holes are one of our specialties.

Custom Design is Standard Procedure

At JADCO, our engineering staff works closely with our customers' design engineers using SolidWorks, or other 3-D modeling software packages, to plan every facet of a project in detail, including tooling, equipment and manpower requirements, and production fixtures & methods. Our design ingenuity leads to cost savings for customers, who are always the focus of our attention.
