Jadco Offering Efficient Screening

ZELIENOPLE, PA – Jadco offers custom designed screen plates for efficient screening in a variety of applications, including mining / aggregate and general industry.  The new and improved QT-PLUS® Screen Plates are stronger, do not stretch, can be designed in any shape, have tapered holes, and are always consistent in sizing accuracy.  QT-PLUS® material provides wear resistance to outlast any carbon steel plate or wire cloth, and provides up to 10 times the wear life.  QT perforated screens will not stretch, so no re-tensioning is required.

QT-PLUS® Screen Plates allow for fewer change-outs and less down time.  The result is more productivity and increased capital for your business.  Due to the structural integrity of the QT-PLUS® plate, holes can be placed closer together for increased screening efficiency.  If a client needs a specific screen size or hole opening the Jadco Cad team can provide unique blueprints for that client’s needs.
