Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain social media sites and various other marketing duties as requested by Vice President and President.
• Maintain analytics and results of advertising, websites and social media and create reports summarizing the results of marketing campaigns.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns and develop short and long term marketing strategies to increase JADCO visibility.
• Collect, distribute and analyze customer surveys.
• Responsible for coordinating with contacts, setting up general company events, and ensuring their successful execution.
• Manage marketing inventory- merchandise and promotional materials.
• Process trade show customer leads to enter contact information into ERP system, distribute to Territory Managers, and follow up with leads that have no Territory Managers.
• Collect and analyze data from new customers to estimate the cost, size, materials, nature and duration of a potential project by interpreting prints, specifications and customer requirements.
• Capture accurate and complete information in ERP system and customer file for relationship management.
• Maintain and expand the database of customers and prospects of the organization.
• Attend sales meetings to help with targets or forecasts and reporting market situations.
• Create and maintain product/sell sheets, literature binders, sponsorships, associations.
• Answer phones as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline a plus.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in marketing role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience with Exact JobBOSS ERP or other MRP software a plus
• Organized along with strong verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively to all level of employees.
• Ability to maintain confidential information with high degree of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
