Job Responsibilities:
• Rolling material measuring, and recording data.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail. Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous professional manner.
• Responsible for the safe work behavior and compliance with OSHA standards.
• Ensure project(s) objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Monitors performance for brazed tungsten carbide coatings production and quality standards.
• Responsible for assisting with vendor management.
• Provide input as requested concerning job needs.
• Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. Plus adhere to all safety requirements and protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of Associates degree- in engineering discipline (chemistry, metallurgy) highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of the production and operations processes in steel fabrication a plus.
• Must be research focused, methodically oriented, & be able to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize various software programs including Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organization and mathematical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate effectively to all level of employees.
• Ability to maintain confidential information with high degree of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
