JADCO Annual Sales Meeting

Every January, JADCO holds their annual sales meeting, bringing in the outside salesmen from around the world for sales and new product training. This year it was held close to our plant in Harmony PA. This allowed us to have some team building with our inside sales/estimating partners.


This year for entertainment we went to Lumberjaxes to throw axes. Inside the black bullseye ring was 5 points; inside the red ring was 3 points; and inside the blue ring was 1 point. The small green circles were worth 7 points only on your fifth throw.

The Lumberjaxes coaches organized a bracket playoff system. Our top two axe throwers were Jake Creese (on left) from South Carolina and Ben Knurr from Wisconsin. Ben came out victorious. If you want to be a winner with your wear plate, JADCO is ready to get you over the finish line first.

Updates on JADCO’s ongoing continuous improvement program were presented and we are making strides in all areas of the office and plant, to deliver the best products in the industry to our customers.


The only thing missing from this day was our customers. We will be back with you next week.
